This piece was such a joy to create. I feel like it flew straight out of my heart and surprised me with all the beauty it brought.
It is a celebration of the journey into freedom that comes as we learn to receive love into all the fragmented places of our hearts.
Just as we celebrate a child learning to walk, we can look back on all the seasons of our life that were filled with failure and pain and realize that we too were simply learning and growing. We can look back on all those seasons and receive the tenderness of Love that has always been there for us.

The journey of freedom is learning to let go of the shame that was never yours to carry.
All the seasons that felt like failure and shortcoming.
All the heartache and pain of broken connection and strain.
You were simply learning to walk.
Standing and falling.
Standing and falling.
Standing and falling.
In His love all the shame and condemnation are turned to joyful liberation. He understands me fully through His incarnation. Now I finally see that He has always and ever will be cheering for me.
From the beginning of time and manifest in our mother’s womb, life always flowing from the foundation. All the broken places were simply an invitation to receive a love that brings salvation,
freedom in the present moment.
As love comes in the darkest places, we are set free to continually move forward without fear of failure. To follow our dreams and embrace loving banter. Love delighting as we step out into the new, adventures from glory to glory to ensue.
